Return Process

    Contact our customer support team within 14 days of receiving your order to begin the return process for non-perishable items or quality concerns.

    Prepare Your Package

    Ensure that merchandise is unused and coffee bags remain sealed; securely pack the items in their original packaging to prevent damage during transit.

    Ship It Back

    Affix the provided return shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

    Receive Your Refund

    Once our team inspects the returned items, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
